I sent my paper work about 2 weeks ago, and was going through some video and realize that I shouldn't have sent some of the picture of me and my wife kissing and what's worst is I think there are like 2 picture of us in bed. The big one, she was wearing a dress and it blew her dress up and made it look like she was pregnant which I thought was cute, but now stupid mistake. All the imagines are innocent no XXX or rated R, but now I think its a big mistake on my part. I guess I was in the loving mood when I had the pictures printed out, didn't think it could bite me in the #### later or soon.

Should I be prepare for backlash? I did write down all description of each picture if that help the USCIS figure out what was going on in the pictures.

Ok guys let me have it... :bonk:

Hey !

Welcome to China !

IF you are 'prepping all' for the I-130 submittal, because you wanted to 'front load'

then

any photos you might submit with the intitial I-130 submittal,

should really be

those of you and her together with her family, in various settings, showing some 'family life' together.

GUZ IV is one ice-cold hard place for interviews.

Will they care that she's showing 'pregnant' in a wedding dress? Hard to say, but it will raise some eyebrows at GUZ IV, good bad or indifferent.

Front Loading is important, IMO, for GUZ IV, as GUZ IV is really hard.

Here's what I prepped, for our I-130 submittal, ages past: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240

Let me know what you think, after reading the contents of that link?

For now, don't sweat the photos, you already 'sent it in' and there's no turning back.

Don't forget, later, after I-130 Approval - you are candidate to OPT IN for NVC Electronic Processing , shave much time for GUZ IV case timeticks.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

-=-=-=-=-=R E A D ! ! !=-=-=-=-=-

Whoa Nelly ! Want NVC Info? see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !

Thanks guys for the good comment and the much needed ones. To late now, so I will see. The picture of us was me with my arm around her neck and me taking a picture with the other hand, and yes fully cloths. But yeah, so I guess as of now, I will have to make all my evidence in the interview a little more solid. Don't need to provide our love to people, just the CO.

D- I read the link, very intense, my next trip to China is November 12th. and plan for our honeymoon, since we didn't have the time to do it properly. I will plan to collect as much evidence when I am there.

What do you think of my plan:

Open a Chinese bank account with my wife over there

As much family and group friends pictures as much as possible

As much honeymoon picture and yes I will keep the images Rate G very G

Put her name on as my beneficiary

Anything else anyone can think of for me to do over there, it will be about 1month trip?

Thanks guy...for the jokers, harsh comments are needed, but lets be real and help with better comments :unsure:

OK, I'm letting you have it!! B-):lol::bonk:

I shouldn't have sent some of the picture of me and my wife kissing

IMO, these are probably not a good choice. Since you said they are not R or X rated, it may not be a problem. Although, I cannot speak for or predict what a USCIS adjudicator or a consular official might think.

and what's worst is I think there are like 2 picture of us in bed.

OOPS!!!!!! :rofl::lol::rofl::lol::rofl::lol:

The big one, she was wearing a dress and it blew her dress up and made it look like she was pregnant which I thought was cute, but now stupid mistake.

That one will raise some eyebrows. Can't say how (if at all) how detrimental it will be.

Good luck and best wishes to you on your journey and that all works out well!! :thumbs:

Eh, one of the pictures I included is of us kissing (fully clothed, in a public place). I don't think it's a big deal. And as long as you two are fully clothed in the bed, and not doing anything R-rated (as you said you weren't), I doubt you have anything to worry about.
