Hello everyone,

I am filling out the I-864 for my spouse (I am a U.S. citizen). I recently got a temporary job that pays well over the poverty line but is only for one year. Can I just fill out the I-864 even though I only have this income (definitely) for one year? Or should I have my mother help me as a household member just in case?

Thank you!

Temporary job may be questionable. Why don't you add your mother as well as a joint sponsor to make the AOS stronger?
