sometimes good things come in horrible packaging.and im sure you have seen it many times in Qur'an and have been told MANY times by muslims, everything happens for a reason, there is always a back up plan when you have faith in god.stay calm and collective.

trust me i understand your pain, what you are going through is every petitioners nightmare.but dont panic, cause you cant fix a thing by panicking and being irrational ( again i understand why you would be,you have every right to be.)

I know and i beleive in that..i swear i don't even care....Allah send us the hardships tests with the patience in our hearts ...i swear am so calm and i don't even care and i feel hopeful....its just my wife is crying ...and i will fix it inshallah anyways....i'm not panicking...i panic only from Allah not anyone else on the whole planet ...and thank you alot for your feelings for me ...i really appreciate it.

Beautiful patience.

its just horrible to see someone who was supposed to help you got you into much deeper trouble.

i couldnt believe my eyes when i saw your RFE list,thats...flat out insane.

so you sent the evidence to your lawyer, and yet he/she decided not to include them? :wow:

I wonder if perhaps although you sent it in they did not receive your RFE response, or failed to match it up correctly because it was originally filed by your lawyer....

England.gif England!

And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times

It's you, it's you, You make me sing.

You're every line, you're every word, you're everything.

No...i didn't send the RFE evidence to the lawyer..i sent it to the USCIS ...but the first time when we were applying...the lawyer whom sent everything and then we found out that he screwed us and then we just decided to do it alone so we just sent the RFE our selves.

I don't really know..i will know for sure when i receive the response but NOW i really deeply feel that there were some idiot updated it wrong and that am gonna receive the NOA2 in mail instead of the denial .

Beautiful patience.

Yes i know...and they took 3 months or more doing background checks for me...i felt like they think iam a terrorist...lol...

Oh wow, I can see that you are furious, frustrated and probably you are feeling a little lost. But these two sentences were not appropriate and don’t help your case at all.:

- send them a porno video of me and my wife so they can believe…

- i felt like they think iam a terrorist

A lot of couples from different parts of the world are denied every day (out of Visajourney). Just calm down wait for the reason of the denial so you can proceed in consequence. Just think a little bit before write such things.

Well , i even expedited and seemed that they approved so i don't see how its a denial , i really think that i got approved and they just misupdate it , they didn't even send a RFE on the i-129f so how can they refuse it...thats the point ...i really think that iam approved.

Appealing could take forever too...so why would i wait 6 months on apeal response when i can just refill and not waste my time on waiting for nothing ....and for my sentences...i was so mad...

I'm So Very Sorry Sam, I hope You Can Find An Alternative Solution

No need to say sorry...its not your fault...Thank you a lot for your hopes .

Looking at your RFE its as if they never received any evidence at all. Is it possible that they never got your original evidence that you sent? I think that might be it.
