First do you know why they denied your case? Second, if they told you the reason, then reply to the contention conscisely. If they tell or told you that they denied your case because you didn't include a video of you humping your wife, then make a video. And if you are comfortable sharing it with USCIS, share it.

In the begin when i was applying.....i sent everything to the laweyr....but for the RFE...my wife sent everything her self..

First do you know why they denied your case? Second, if they told you the reason, then reply to the contention conscisely. No i don't know why did they deny me...they said that they are going to send a denial letter and the reason in it . and i would give them this ....!.... but i wouldn't show them a hair of my wife's. no offense..but i would say FUKC THE WHOLE US IF ITS GONNA MAKE MY WIFE CHEAP OR TORTURE ME....iam free muslim man ....

Dont worry mate, Im not mocking you, i feel so bad for you. I cant begin to imagine how it feels. Head on over to immigrate2us - there dozens of people on there with all sorts of denials, experience, and a lawyer or 2. You will find some solace there too my friend.

If you have attorney at record by filling the form G-28, is it possible your wife to communicate with the USCIS without removing the attorney at record?

When they sent you an rfe -

A- what did they request

B- did you honor that request in a timely manner? I guess you did, but is that where you maybe went overboard with the evidence. I was asked for a copy of my div decree, i wanted to send more photos, cards, you name it, but was told not to.

hang on, your wife is the non-usc, and she responded to the rfe directly?

I had to send my info to my wife, the usc and for her to respond.

Since you don't know why they denied you, you should just not freak out now. Relax. Enjoy the autumn air before winter comes. When you get the denial letter, it will tell you why they denied you. Go over it with your lawyer. Then go through the appeal process. Inshaallah, you'll get approved. Make sure to ask for an expedite when you do this again. Sometimes, you can get expedited when appealling.

I was kidding about the whole sex tape thing. Just trying to cheer you up. If your wife cannot come to America ever and you love her very much, you can always move back to Egypt. If worse comes to worse. I really think everything's going to be all right. As-sabr al-jameel. Allahu As-Sabr Jallah Jallaluh. as we were taught.

I don't know how long it would take but on the USCIS website ..they are saying that it takes up to 6 MONTHS ....and iam Sabur and Allah will help me in sha Allah...btw iam the egyptian citizen

sometimes good things come in horrible packaging.and im sure you have seen it many times in Qur'an and have been told MANY times by muslims,everything happens for a reason,there is always a back up plan when you have faith in god.stay calm and collective.

Yes i know...and they took 3 months or more doing background checks for me...i felt like they think iam a terrorist...lol...
