In vocal not print . it might be a mistake made by the USCIS and i will receive the approval.

Ok. I’m guessing according to your own words that you are only going to believe that it was not a mistake from USCIS once you get the letter in your hand and only then. OK. However, while you get it, you must realize that yes probably, possible, more likely your case was denied. You are in absolutely denial about this fact and this does help neither your wife to you nor your case.

Compassion, good thoughts, hopes are great, yes. But at the end of the day the only left is a reality where your case has been denied. You and your wife have to deal with this if that you ever want to live here in the US. Begin like now for reviewing every single paper, document and evidence that was sent on your application and put your emotion and feeling aside when you do this because just then you are going to find what was wrong with your application.

PS. Stop thinking that something magical and miraculous is going to happen, instead start working hard calm and collected to solve this problem. Yes it is a problem; it is not the end of nothing. Nobody has dies and life continues. Many couples have been waiting longer than you and life still move on.

Definately you're welcome.. people will say many things.. most good.. but it may not be helpful if you dont know the reason.

I say await the "paper in the mail" and update accordingly... I hope that it'll be a easy fix.. It may not even be your lawyer's fault.. be patient.. dont work up to much untill you KNOW the ISSUE and what's needed to f.i.x it..

Iam waiting :-S....i hope so too that they will fix it.

Beautiful patience.

I agree with you but i didn't think that something magically would happen..no USCIS makes mistakes everyday...thats what i think about ...I know its not the end of anything and going thru and am not gonna stop...and i really feel so sorry for those couples that are waiting so long.

You must be very ignorant about Islam, or you wouldn't have made those highly offensive statements.....so I will enlighten you to the best of my ability.

Muslim women cover their hair as a form of modesty and only show their hair to their husbands (if they have one) and family members (some only to their husbands). It's a religious belief and there is nothing sinister about it. If you ever have the chance to meet or talk to a Muslim woman you will see that she is a normal person, just like you. The only difference is that she chooses to cover her hair for her religion and you don't.

Muslims use the word Allah (means GOD in Arabic) all day, everyday. They pray to Allah (GOD) for the things they need and the thank Allah (GOD) for the things he gives them. It is normal to say "insha'allah" (GOD willing) or "subhanallah" (GOD is glorious, praise God, etc.) It isn't extremist talk or ranting. Allah (GOD) is part of life everyday, not only on Sundays.

I'm sure Sam regrets some of the things he said yesterday, and didn't even mean them, but he was upset because his file was just DENIED. Some people are more emotional than others, and finding out you aren't getting a visa (hopefully he can turn that around) would be a devasting experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Online boards are just not the place to rant when you are feeling emotional but I'm sure at the time he needed the support of everyone here. Give him some slack....

I'm very sorry you lost family members in the twin towers. I can't imagine what you went through. It was horrible for all of us to watch it and read about it, let alone lose a family member because of it. It impacted the whole country and we'll never be the same.

But please don't think that every person that prays to Allah (GOD) is guilty of it. Those people that created those crimes weren't Muslim. They may have called themselves Muslim, but they weren't true Muslims, because Muslims only believe in peace and living for Allah (GOD). They don't believe in or condone killing people.

Thanks a lot for your response :)..that was a great clarification .

Beautiful patience.

sam, my friend

i think they do that for every arab muslim man, i really feel your pain brother.

many people have been approved that have filled the same time as me or even after me, but because i'm arab muslim they penalize me by waiting.

Hello.

Sam please accept my sincere wishes for you and your wife's fast reunion.

Nayoub66 and Sam, I am sorry you feel this way. I know Ahmed and I wondered some of the same things. Will we see extra problems in the visa process because Ahmed is an Arabic Muslim from Egypt which is in Africa? All I can say is... I want to believe with all of who I am this is not the case. I pray God will reveal our true intent... to live happily ever after and have such a beautiful life of loving, sharing, giving, learning, adventure... and we will recieve celebrated news soon! I will pray as well as ask Ahmed to pray for both of you and your wifes. One thing I learned in my life is that there are some who will hate you simply just to hate. But there are others that will give love freely and welcome all people. I am one of those people. I will be one of many congratulating you on your approval!

I understand the fears we all feel from time to time. Ahmed and I had some of the same worries other Muslim/Christian couples have had, but in the end I believe in the American People. I believe in a country built on the immigration of people from many different backgrounds, nations, religions and cultures.

I am married to a wonderful decent man with outstanding morals, traditions and strong belief in God. He is from a family with deep connections to their culture and each other. I feel such joy and love from my husband and his family. I consider it a deep honor, priviledge and blessing to have joined with Ahmed and his family.

I am an American Christian Woman. I love God first then my husband my family and my COUNTRY. I mourn with ALL who suffered on SEPTEMBER 11TH and I vow I will never forget. BUT I do know where to place the blame for those events on that day. I WILL NOT blame the Muslim Communtiy. I WILL NOT blame The United States. I WILL blame it on those that hide behind a beautiful religion. If they want to blame it on a relgion they are cowards and truly not in support of their real cause, which is to spread hate, create fear and promote death and violence. So let us all remember we are all GOD'S children.

Sam I truly am sorry for your situation. I pray that you will find your way to your wife so soon. Really I have heard how you are feeling, but as a wife my heart goes out to your wife, and I wonder... how is she doing??? Oh she must be devastated!!! Please tell her I will pray for her and to stay strong. I pray you two keep your love and committment to each other strong. Remember why you both started this journey together.

Let us all wait together and keep each other encouraged. We all knew there was a process to being reunited with our spouses. We came to this visa journey community to share the process with others who are in the same process. We are here to support each other. Not tear each other down and make unsupported accusations about the Unites States or Muslims. I pray we all remember what brought us all here in the first place... LOVE

From memory Sam's case had red flags:

Wife Older

Wife divorcee

Wife has children from previous marriage.

Wife not a muslim

I do not remember how much time she spent in Egypt.

I would look first at the more obvious reasons.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I assumed his wife was Muslim because he said he didn't want to show USCIS a hair on her head, or something along those lines.

I thought Sams wife was not muslim. This must be some of the problem with his case from what you say. Is it possible that USCIS denied this partly because of the religious differences?

As far as not condoning killing, muslims use beheading to enforce their laws. My husband lived in Saudi for two years & witnessed the aftermath of one killing in the town square. He said it was a muslim with the sword that removed the head of another muslim.
