so looks as though the trick in my group (oct nvc filers) is to email supervisor sue yet we still haven't received the nvc email of the 3032 kit & bill info (it's been almost 2 weeks since we got our case # and emailed the 3032 initially). Our AOS was invoiced and it should show as paid soon and i am wondering if i should just have my husband fill out the generic ( no barcode ) ds 3032 hard copy scan it and email it with ATTN sue? or just email it again since we haven't heard back yet from our initial email? (our IV bill hasn't been invoiced yet obviously)

Does anyone think this would work to speed things up (emailing the scanned version without barcode) for us since we havent received our emails yet?? or do we have to wait for the emailed ds3032 kit? Anyone else in a similar boat here? I just sent out a hard copy of the 3032 as well yesterday. Hopefully something works here. Anyways let us know :-) thanks!!!

I'm in a similar boat. My case number was assigned 10/18 and I have yet to recieve ANY emails from NVC. My husband (beneficiary) emailed the DS-3032 10/19 and only got the standard reply. Haven't heard anything else and I haven't received the kit. My AOS was invoiced today and I paid it today. I called the NVC this evening. Same old story, wait two weeks.

I have read both the EZ Guide Spouse and LingChe NVC shortcut. According to the latter, the NVC won't do anything with the emailed DS-3032 until the NVC has generated one, however EZGuide says to email after you receive your case number. Not sure which is the correct way?

Anyway, I guess I will go ahead and send a hard copy 3032 tomorrow as well. Hopefully the NVC will get the ball rolling.

My NVC Journey

10/6/10 - Case approved by USCIS

10/18/10 – NVC received the file

10/18/10 - NVC case # generated; Embassy assigned - Nassau

10/18/10 - Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC

10/27/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/28/10 - Emailed DS-3032 again to Attn: Supervisor Sue

10/29/10 - AOS fee shown as PAID

10/30/10 - Received DS-3032 kit via email (NVC emailed it to the wrong email address for the beneficiary and realized their mistake on 11/1)

11/01/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

11/01/10 - Beneficiary received confirmation of original emailed DS-3032 (emailed 10/20)

11/01/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid same day

11/03/10 - IV fee bill shown as PAID

If you see AOS invoiced, shoot another DS-3032 email. Everything is same as the first one except prefixing the email subject with "ATTN: Supervisor Sue" and let me know the result.
