HI ALL!! This is my first visit to the site. My sister and her husband went through the Marriage Visa Process and she suggested this site to me.....anyway... I am going through the Fiance Visa Process with my fiance Gabriel from Spain....so far this is what we have....

-Sent I-129F to USCIS office in California received on May 11, 2006 and notice date of May 24, 2006.

-Received an RFE on June 23, 2006regarding marriage broker information (we didn't meet through a marriage broker).

-Received NOA2 (APPROVED...YIPPPEE) with a notice date of August 10, 2006

I was wondering if anyone has gone through the Consulate in Spain and what their timeline was like once they received the case...also any other tips about what to expect during this part of the process.....

any help would be greatly appreciated...I am sooo excited that the NOA2 said our case was approved...but now I'm really SCARED as to what the next steps are....HELP!!!

Muchos Gracias,

Lema

No problem! You can also check the interview reviews and you'll get to see what one should expect...

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
