I'm freezing my azz off! It's 27 out and the guy has had the heater turned off for about 4hrs cos he's working on the humidifier thing again. My room is cold and it's warmer than the rest of the house cos I have my warm mist humidifier going and have a portable heater on. I'm hungry but don't want to go out to the kitchen and freeze.

it's either bursitis or the beginning of locked shoulder syndrome. it's been hurting off and on since the beginning of october but tonight it's total #######.

Nerve impingement and I've had my shoulders lock a few times, my rotator cuffs are royally screwed but maybe you'll be lucky.

I'm trying to decide if I should go to the dr or not at this point. my mom's advice was "just pretend you're an elephant. just bend over and swing your arms and head back and forth". that was seriously her advice. I was like ummm...you're like that dr on the simpsons who wipes his fork and knife with a napkin and performs surgery with them.

I know I'm going for a deep tissue massage today to see if that helps. Hopefully it's just tight muscles around the area.
