I'm the Canadian...I live in the same town as the Bluewater Bridge so I'll probably do that. What happened at the Ambassador? My fiance lives in

Bishop - just wanted to tell you I'm watching Christmas Vacation for the first time this year. I think I will need to watch it 3-5 more times before Christmas :P

Amby...you really do have a good memory...Christmas Vacation is THE BEST Christmas movie :thumbs: I'm sure I'll watch it often...

I also have become quite fond of the Christmas Movie ELF...it cracks me up :lol:

welllll...I can bring more cheer to this thread...sunday I will start the extreme xmas decorating. everything has to be ready for friday night :dead:

Amby...I'm on vacation now...you probably remember that I started building a 'Christmas DecoCollection' last year...so I am going to set up our Christmas tree tomorrow ;-)

I pulled Elf out and sat it next to the tv earlier. I plan to watch it tonight!

any plans to buy new decorations this year or are you going to wait until after the holidays? I do that sometimes but I don't have enough energy to fight people when everything goes on sale the day after so I usually don't get anything good.

I have enough to buy, board, vet, and ferrier for a year, but after that I don't know. Maybe I should look into leasing, or rescue from a kill pen ???

I always want to get to the stores right after Christmas but i usually don't have money and when I do everything is gone :P

I did buy another fake tree after Christmas last year.. I got it for like 10 to 15 bucks.. it was 60 to 70 percent off or something..

Although I don't do Christmas, I have seen a lot of trees and decorations CHEAP at the thrift store. Especially after Christmas they always have tons of stuff left for just pennies. I bought a nice Menorah for 2 dollars last year.

Yep, I'm moving to Ann Arbor. I've spent quite a bit of time there (and will be driving there later tonight), I do love it! It's such a nice place.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

woooooo that was a lot of cooking. when they got home my friend walked in the kitchen and said her husband asked if it would be bad to ask me to go out the back so his biz partner thought his wife cooked everything :lol: I said sure if you want to wash the last few dishes.

oh and btw...harry potter was good
