Yup. A 20 yr old and her mother came from Adrian and picked Sar up. The young lady trailered her up and that was not easy. Sar did not want to STEP UP into that trailer. There was NO RAMP.I asked that Sar be givin time to at least smell and look at the trailer, but they seemed in a hurry and paid no attention to my advise. :angry: Sar kept calling out to her pasture mates ( who didn't care, and later they were chastised by me ) and she was clearly stressing. I gave Sar her last carrot from me. The young lady said she was going to train her for barrels. :blink: Sar will be with 4(?) other Arabians. They promised to take good care of her. Then I said, " LOVE HER. She has a dream, too. " I bid farewell to my friend, the little mare than no one wanted.

Then they backed out of the drive and I was sad, along with the woman who owns the boarding place. I did not feel like visiting Koda. He had his carrots and a good grooming and I left very early. :crying:

I like the idea of only eight horses there, but at the same time I am hoping for someone like me to board a horse there so I can at least have someone to buddy with....and maybe Koda can have a buddy, too.

Good bye, Sar. We will meet again when it is our times to cross over the rainbow bridge.
