The dentist told Benny yesterday that he had an infection or something eating away at his jaw bone. He predicted Benny's teeth would fall out in 3-5 years because they wouldn't have enough bone to stay.

I'm good. Missing everyone here.. Nagi, you want one from Woodbine, it happens in late November. I did try, but they had been shipped or given away. I am sorry. I feel awful.

It is ok, Val. I do not think I would have had the patience or strength to get an off track TB for retraining now that I really think about it. The horse I have now is just perfect for me. He is older( under 20 ) and I can tell at one time in his past he had a lot of training. Alas, now he is retired like me.

He is pasture boarded in an natural meant to be environment with a small herd where he is rarely ridden. I just visit him about every day, love and pat on him, groom and feed him his beloved carrots.He is very laid back and we were meant for each other. I believe he used to dream of a life like this where he no longer has to perform with a bit in his mouth and a saddle on his back carrying a rider when maybe he didn't feel like it. He is great. Every horse is great.

I wish I could save every just off track TB, but then again I wish I could save every animal. So many need homes. Sadly, there is not enough homes or enough people who want to take on the responsibility. The economy is horrible and many animals are being abandoned or starved or surrendered to shelters. Why do people get pets and just discard them when they are no longer of use? Every animal has value. Every one.

Hearts are literally falling apart, everyone is sick or degenerating in some manner! :crying: Even over the past couple week's the Bishop's poor wife caught bronchitis (no pneumonia, xrays were clear) and also had to get one of her wisdom teeth pulled! :wow:

For me...meh...another day at the bread factory. I'm having to instruct them on their new IT process for completing a physical inventory of all their raw materials...not hard stuff, but new to them. They've got guys out there counting away as I type...

OUCH!!!...Fisically and Fiscally :crying:

Commies...this is so boring...now I have to sit on my duff and just wait for all the people in the factory do to all their counting of inventory, which takes about 6 hours. Then I help them use their IT system to post/reconcile the inventory differnce...it is D-U-L-L... :help:

It is ok, Val. I do not think I would have had the patience or strength to get an off track TB for retraining now that I really think about it. The horse I have now is just perfect for me. He is older( under 20 ) and I can tell at one time in his past he had a lot of training. Alas, now he is retired like me.
