sooo...that mean I am out of control?

oh btw 5 I have a funny class moment to share.

today we weren't even talking about genetics and this guy who I think may be stoned 100% of the time raised his hand.

he said "soooo...wait....sooo, like, if our telomeres never got shorter through DNA replication we'd just, like, live forever?"

the prof "welll...that's the theory and there's quite a bit of research that's trying to figure that one out for sure" then he continued talking about a completely different subject.

guy raises his hand again...."so you mean we could totally live forever if they figure out how to make the telomeres stop losing pieces?"

the prof "that's one theory"

the guy "whoaaaa that's, like, awesome. I thought it was a stupid question. I just wanted to know."
