Lady that did the biometrics told Benny she had to mark that he had gray hair even though there's only a few strands LOL

Trying to explain to others not involved in immigration stuff what all we have to do. I've never seen or understood what the conditions are for conditional permanent residency. Besides being family based and only valid for 2 years how do you explain this to someone?

It is tough. Many times I'll read about conditional stuff and draw a total blank since my parents went through IR5. For someone who's never experienced the machinations of the immigration process and all the requisite heartache, it is almost unfathomable.

Stunt Man John? You got to love it when you're hurting and the health plan goes. :crying: :crying: :crying:

I've been OK, doing an hour on the treadmill every day. I can't justify weighing over 200 lbs. and I will not be revisiting any manner of power cleans, overhead squats or incline presses in the foreseeable future. The "A" gap is not my responsibilty anymore.

Instead of simplifying and expediting the process which would make people want to immigrate legally, they make it so complex and so pedantically slow that illegal immigration seems to be a valid alternative. This is tantamount to penalizing those individuals who try to follow the law, but you and anyone else who has ever had to navigate legalese of the immigration process is all too familiar with the hypocrisy of the situation.

one of my FB friends is a state representative, he commented on govt red tape the other day. I seized the opportunity :devil:
