I'm going to Zumba tomorrow night. I'm excited to finally be able to exercise again. Stupid ####### surgery had me out of the exercise game for 2 months!

oh and btw I think I've took this whole relaxing thing a little too far this weekend. I'm sitting here drinking with my research partner and neither of us has even opened a book or attempted to do anything school related for at least 6hrs. It's after 1am and we have to be up at like 6.

I can only do aerobics. My shoulders are very bad but I'm still trying to figure out a way to lift weights without hurting them. No hang cleans, no rack jerks, no overhead squats, nothing. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Happy Valentine's Day!

I gave Benny 3 options for tonight - Work at the tax office, Go to Bible Study, or Go out to eat. He said right away no to me working. Benny never narrowed down any further. So I have no idea what we're doing. What does everyone else plan to do?
