NVC has mailed the DS-3032 form to my husband(the petitioner). i did not receive a copy. My husband wanted to mail it to me to fill and mail back to him. This is going to cost us money and time. I was thinking......can i print out the form from the internet, fill it and mail to my husband so that he will cut out the bar code on the original form and attach to the form received from me before mailing back to NVC? Please advise us.

I have twice e-mailed NVC with details of my choice of agent but did not receive any response. My husband has however made the AOS bill payment.

Thank you.......
