I'm collecting my paper work for our interview and I came to an area asking us to bring all documentation establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status. would that be our marriage certificate?

We just had our interview last Friday. The first things the IO asked for was my wife's passport, original birth certificate and our marriage certificate. So you definitely want to have those. As for the other things that th and jv listed, yes, I have read plenty of interview reviews where those items were asked for, plus pics, but in our case, the IO did not ask to see any of it, even though I had spent alot of time and effort collecting it all. I'd say it's better to have it and not be asked for it, than to not have it and be asked for it, so to be safe, you should try to gather as much of it as possible to insure an easy approval. You can read my interview review here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/267889-august-2010-filers/page__st__840

Good Luck! :)
