I sent an email to VSC to inquire about my I360 Petition. They responded saying that my I360 was approved on April 2004 and should schedule an appointment with infopass to get more information on how to file the I485. I 2004 i was in removal proceedings and the judge granted me withholding of removal. I have never received an approval from VSC.Is normal and should I make the appointment to talk to an immigration officer.

Please help

It will be helpful if you post your timeline so the member can help you up. In any case it is kind of weird that your case has been approved since 2004 and you just find out now. Do you have an attorney? if YES you should talk to him so he can look into for you, if NO i will suggest you to get one asap.GOOD LUCK
