Question about DS 3032

We got I-130 approval this month. I called NVC and got the info about my case number .( It is assigned already)

I don't quite remember if NVC sends this information via e-mail with DS 3032 (Choice of agent) to the petitioner or not.

So my questions are:

1. Will the petitioner get DS 3032 form?

2.My daughter-beneficiary is 7 years old and lives in Eastern Europe. Mail never gets there on time or take months. She doesn't know that much English to read and sign any documents. Anyway, if my husband( who petitioned my daughter) gets DS-3032 can I sign it and put mother in the brackets?

Please, let me know.

Thanks in advance

If you wait for NVC to contact you, it will take heaps longer. Follow the guides, be proactive with NVC and get their info back to them before they even ask for it

Good luck

Thanks for the quick response. We are not in a rush as we can't travel to bring her here that quickly due to my surgery.

Will NVC send this form (DS 3032)? and can I sign it instead of my daughter?
