Hi guys,

We are patiently waiting for a RFE. Online we could read that they said "RFE... was mailed of August, 11th". All our other letters from MSC/Chicago arrived within 4 days. The RFE still hasn't arrived. We are really worried now. What do we have to do if it won't arrive? Just call? Or is there any other possible way? Is it normal that a RFE takes long or doesn't arrive? We don't even know what they want!!!

It is so frustrating! Or do they just state online there will be a RFE, however, let's send it 2 weeks later?!?!?!?!

We are desperate and so worried!

11-29-2011 In line for interview scheduling... woohoo!

12-20-2011 Interview scheduled ...received letter 3 days later

01-24-2012 Interview & Oath

I would make an infopass appointment at your local office to speak to an immigration officer and get them to get the RFE resent.... If you call the 0800 infoline they will just tell you to call back in 30 days...

I just have the feeling (it's in my guts, dunno) that the letter is lost, like totally lost in snail-mail. Anyway, I followed your advice and scheduled an Infopass appointment for the next possible day, which is next Monday 12:30pm here in Charlotte, thank God that we've got their office right in front of our noses!!!
