3 quick questions about IV package

1.) IV Packet sends petitioner (US citizen) to NVC ? Correct?

2.) IV Packet MUST contain - Original/Certified marriage certificate, Original/Certified birth certificate of the beneficiary and Completed and signed form DS-230 Part 1 by the beneficiary. Correct?

3.) If answers to both questions above is YES that means petitioner in US MUST obtain all this documents from beneficiary as soon as I 130 gets approved. Correct?

It could be all YES, if the beneficiary assigns the petitioner as Choice of Agent using the form DS-3032.

Otherwise, it will be NO, YES, NO.

yes, i will be petitioner as Choice of Agent .

I was told in past that only original docs will be docs that my wife will take with her to US ambassy at final interview.

now i see i will need originals too. (for IV package)

Can u please confirm this so i can be 100% sure. ( and also those certificates must be translated into english, right?)
