Hey Wolf!

Good thing you have done something to calm your nerves! I was getting worried about you man! ;)

I cant believe that you wont have an answer by November...I am sure that USCIS cannot be that incompetent. So, when you go see your honey, you guys can celebrate the good news (that Im sure you will have by then!) TOGETHER!

Im still waiting with you brother...im sure we are BOTH gonna get some good news soon.

I'm hoping for a great celebration. I am HOPING for the noa2 soon, then when I am there (or shortly before) we will learn of the interview date!!! Thats what we want.

I hope you get through soon too. Man, you kinda got the short end of all this. My prayers are with you, and the rest of us that still feel that we should have gotten a kiss after what happened to us...hmm, its ok I will get plenty soon..haha

I truly was really going nuts. Now the noa2 isnt my focus. THANK GOD! (although I really keep hoping to see it, its not obsessive).

Thanks for the concern to everyone. Glad to know even though we all dont personally know one another, we are here to support each another. I know I owe a specific big thanks to kat and william really helped keep me in check a few times...Thanks guys. (yea kat...you were part of my venting board, but thats cuz we used each other). William, thanks again

Wolf

I have decided the same thing. I plan on making trip #7 this Christmas. When I was there in June I thought it would be the last time I would have to go but it seems the USCIS had other ideas. sbgwolf1, have you seen the price of tickets to PI lately?? JEEEZZZ!!!!

Well, everyone in the 100 club. My impatience and desire to have something to look forward to finally got the best of me. What did I do? Finally told my baby I will be there in November. Now instead of every day focusing on the elusive approval, I can focus on the happiness I will share with the love of my life. I pray for all our approvals soon, but in the meantime. My baby and I can talk about our time together instead of the incompetence of the CSC..

Wolf

I'm happy for you Wolf! That is awesome plan! I would do the same, only if I could.... If I could, I would take the fist airplane that will take me to my Sweetheart.

Have a great time getting ready and anticipating the wonderful time together!

Good for you! :) You get to take your mind off the process *and* look forward to meeting your fiance!

What about for the people who can't look forward to either of those?

Aaawww, icey... There's nothing I can say that will make you feel any better... I feel for you. :( But you know I'm rooting for you, right?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I do feel for all of you that have had such a long wait because of the stupidity USCIS. You all must have the patience of a saint, I don’t know if I could have waited that long. I am already getting impatient and I just got NOA1 in the mail yesterday. I just want to make sure they understand if they don’t get off their butts and push this through it may be a while before we are able to get married.

I am glad you have decided to take another trip over to the RP. I have exactly 25 days before I’ll be in my baby’s arms again. I had to schedule my trip right away in case I don’t get another chance before I am deployed.

I hope all of you get your NOA2’s soon. I just can’t you not having good news very soon.

Hey Wolf,

we know exactly how you are feeling and what you are going through.

My baby Paula was here with me in germany for 4 weeks in May and I don´t know how we are supposed to go through maybe another 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 (to be continued LOL) months without being together again.

We have been very lucky in compare to probably so many other people they couldn´t see each other for as often and as long as we did. We got the chance of being together more than the half of total time of our relationship and guy, we have met each other first time in person in May 2004.

We know what expenses this traveling back and fore causes on you.

So just try to forget about our "friends" from the service centers for a while and enjoy the time you will have with your darling and you will see that time will give you new strenght.

I wish we could afford to see each other again but we can´t. The past two years have used up too much of our money and we have to step one step back now. But we hope this is coming to an end before too long and we still haven´t given up on our hope to be together for good by christmas.

Goodluck and have a safe trip and great time!

Oh I know exactly how you feel. I decided early into this process that the only way that I could survive this long wait was to go see Melinda every 6 weeks in the Philippines. Yes it is expensive, but If I didnt do this I dont know if I could survive! :jest:

I have to tell you that knowing that I am going to be with her again in just 5 more days, really helps me deal with the wait for the NOA2. So congratulations on your being reunited in November, enjoy the time and live in those moments.

Hope you have a wonderful time and make some awesome memories!

I think the realization christmas was NOT going to happen we a major factor in the decision. I kept holding hope, but eventually lost it. So, hi ho, hi ho, off to the islands I go...haha.

(So glad I am joking about this now, but I still am not happy about it)
