without additional information, Please submit the information requested below

You must submit the information within 87 dayz(on or before 11/11/2006

failure to do so will result in desicion based on the evidence previously submitted.

PLEASE INCLUDE THIS LETTER WITH YOUR RESPONSE

although u may have submitted the requested evidence with other Petitions/ applications pending with the service, you must submit the additional evidence requested to continue the processing of the I-129 F.

All Copies must be clear and legible. Title 8, Code of Federal regulations, 103.2 b States in part: (3) TRANSLATIONS

any document containing forein language submitted to the service

shall be accompanied by a full english language translation which thw translator has certified as Complete and accurate, and by the translator's certification that he/she is competent to translate from the forien language into English"

3006 PLEASE SUBMIT A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY CIVIL AUTHORITIES FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE.

(Note the marriage certificate must indiacate that after the marriage ceremony, it was registerd or recorded by the county, State, Country, or province. Please submit a copy of the original as well as an English Translation if the original is in any language other then english

2. Please submit and English translation to your marriage certificate.

3. Marriage certificate registered or recorded by civil authority.(for immigration porposes a certificate of a religious ceremony is not considerd a marriage certificate.)

4. Marriage certificate Submitted is incomplete. Please submit a copy of you Marriage Certificate in its Entirety.

Im hoping someone can help us to understand this more in why they are requesting the same thing again that I had previously sent wuth the I-129F. Has anyone else recieved this letter Tell us please that there is nothing to worry about

2006-02-27: I-129 Sent

2006-03-02: NOA1

2006-07-24: NOA2

2006-07-31: Case received by NVC

2006-08-01: Case leaves NVC to New Delhi Consulate via DHL

2006-08-04: Case received by New Delhi Consulate

2006-08-08: Packet 3 mailed out by consulate

2006-08-17: DS-230 Part I couriered to consulate

2006-08-23: Got interview date (email and telephone confirmation)

2006-08-28: Picked-up packet 4 from the consulate, counter 16 (between 2 PM and 3 PM)

2006-09-20: Interview Date (VISA Approved!!!)

2006-09-23: Picked up Passport with VISA from Blue Dot courier office (VFS did not hold it)

2006-09-27: Reached Home!!! (POE Chicago)

I-130 TRACK

2006-02-08: I-130 Sent

2006-02-27: NOA1

2006-05-03: NOA2 (Approved)

2006-06-12: Received and entered into NVC system

2006-07-08: Self Generated DS-3032 and sent to NVC

2006-07-08: Received I-864 bill from attorney

2006-07-11: Paid I-864 bill

2006-07-12: Received IV bill

2006-07-17: Receive I-864 package

2006-07-19: Send back I-864 package

2006-07-19: Pay IV bill (was out on vacation)

2006-07-31: Sent in self-generated DS-230 (after NVC was ready)

2006-08-03: Case being reviewed by NVC (per operator)

2006-09-12: Case sent to New Delhi Consulate

2006-10-04: Emailed Consulate and got Original Interview Date (10/20/06) posponed to April 2007

If you were married outside the US and the MC was in a foriegn language, did you submit a copy of both the foreign MC and a translation. If so, was it the actual registered MC or a certificate of a religious ceremony. It appears from the wording that the one you submitted, they are not satisfied as being a a registered MC that has been issued by a civil authority. Either that, or they have misplaced/lost what you submitted.

It seems to me that you need to submit the marriage certificate issued by the civil authority. You have to have the marriage certificate in the original language as well as the English translation of the marriage certificate. Ask someone from that region about the nature of the marriage certificate.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
