Couple of Questions regarding NVC Process

Yes. They will begin to send information regarding the AOS and IV bills to both of you. I am not sure if they will give the IIN over the phone. I have tried to no avail. They will send an email with the DS3032 kit which includes the IIN. The process begins to roll immediately afterwards. So I wish you well through the NVC.

Hello Samoray!

This is what will happen...Approximately 10 days after you get your NOA2 from the USCIS, call the NVC and give them your receipt number from the NOA2 and they will give you your case number. Plus suppying them with your and your SO email address will make it capable for them to contact you through email. You will NOT receive things in the mail unless you specify, but really it is way much quicker via email!

I was able to get the IIN number from the operator through the phone. Just fyi. It all depends on which person you get a hold of at NVC. Some give it out. Some don't.

Just a little review so i make sure that i got this down right

I am gonna sum the steps that we are going to go through and you correct me if i am missing something

1- call NVC and get the case number and IIN

2- Email DS-3032 (Choice of Agent)

3- pay the AOS and IV Fees when they are generated at https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

4- after it shows that they are paid, print out the bar-code sheet for both of them ( AOS and IV )

5- Express mail AOS Package and IV Package to NVC.

by the way about translating the Police certificate, my birth certificate, and the Military service certificate, what is the best to go to an official translation office that they are going to translate it into English then stamp it with government stamps and stuff or i just can go to any translation office to get them translated.

Some people here are translated by themselves since they know both languages. If you are fluent in both languages, you can do it. Otherwise, get the help of a professional translator.

I think i will just relax and get them translated by a professional translator not to confuse myself and worry more if my translation is accurate and correct .
