DCF London Address

Hi all,

i have just been looking all over for the address of where to send the I-130 for DCF.

Me and my US wife are currently living in the UK and would like to move back to the US.

Please could somebody give me the address? I have used the links in the wiki (which has been helpful up until now) but it directs me to the USCIS website (which seems to have the address hidden away somewhere?)

If somebody could please give the correct address, that would be fantastic...we would be very grateful indeed!!

You send it directly to the US Embassy in London:

Petition for Alien Relative, Form I-130

An I-130 petition is filed by a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident on behalf of a close relative. The petition is filed with the USCIS office having jurisdiction over the petitioner's place of residence.

U.S. citizens resident in the United Kingdom may be eligible to file the petition with the USCIS office at the Embassy. U.S. Citizens resident in the United States and Lawful Permanent Residents, are required to file the petition with USCIS in the United states.
