My fiance lives in Moscow. I don't think there is a state or a region there. She is not in Moscow region either but directly Moscow. Do I leave the State or Province area blank, write None or N/A????

The love of my life also lives in an area withouth a district or region. I left this blank and worried and also posted about the fact that I was very worried about receiving an RFE for this. I probably should have put N/A, but as the best of us told me already... Don't worry about it now, what is done is done. I pray everyday that I won't get and RFE, which I heard only delays you about a week. I guess it depends on the adjucator reviewing your petition. Definitely ask your fiance tho. Some places just do not have one or the other. Either way, good luck with your journey!

Moscow Oblast. The city is Moscow, the Oblast is Moscow. Oblasti (plural) are the FSU equivilent of provinces or states. Many of the large cities are also their own Oblast.

The [Moscow] oblast was founded in 1929. It borders Tver Oblast in the north-west, Yaroslavl Oblast in the north, Vladimir Oblast in the north-east and east, Ryazan Oblast in the south-east, Tula Oblast in the south, Kaluga Oblast in the south-west and Smolensk Oblast in the west. In the center stands Moscow city, which does not belong to the oblast but is a federal subject in its own right

PS: tehran is a part of " ostane tehran "( sorta like,state,but smaller ) so we always fill in tehran ( as in capital of ostane tehran ) , tehran ( as in state or in farsi ostane tehran ),iran

and i found that off google,so there you go

I'll check what we put down on her G-325A; Alla used to live in Lobnya, just north of Moscow. I can ask her. Leaving it blank shouldn't be an issue; most everyone knows where Moscow, Russia is located.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

My wife is from Rostov-on-Don and I just wrote in the city and left the state/region area blank. Never had any problem.

2- we got our Noa 1 on aug 7 but still waiting for NOA2 , should we be worried ?

P.s i think YGR can help me , it sounds they have good information,thanks

2- No, early June filers are JUST receiving their approvals last week and this week. So you probably have another 2 months to go.

In the future, please post separate questions in your own thread. Taking over (or high-jacking as ygr called it) is considered rude.
