IL processes out of the CSC~California Service Center. Update your service center.

it says: Service Center:

List ORIGINAL filing location; even if

petition transferred

for K-1 Applicants where you filed your I-129F

i originally files in texas, so i guess i cant change this info? it is set to texas service center.

Where it has USCIS and consulate filing info....for K1 applicants...try to select california service center.

K1 petitions are processed out of California or Vermont...from what I have gathered...TX cashes checks and forwards onto your service center. Your guesstimate time is attached to the other K1 filers here in your service center...so you have to select the correct service center to get that guesstimate.

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 1, 2011 and January 5, 2011*.

Hello everyone!

Well if you guys are worried because your case was last touched in October well... ours was last 'touched' on August 8th! mind you, the petition was sent in on Aug 5th. I think I'm gonna cry a little and I'll come back later.

Seriously now, this wait would feel less agonizing if we had a date to look forward to. Or if I could get a job while I wait.

<sigh>

so if thats the case... gotta wait 1 more month. good luck to us all!

If you are in fact going through the California Service Center, one month is a pipe dream. Just a heads up so you don't get discouraged or think something is wrong. CSC is still processing May and June filers, and very few have been approved this month, so the wait is looking closer to 5 months from your NOA1.

For all you VSC filers, patience is a virtue ;) Us CSC filers are in total agony over here with 5+ months waiting times. If your wait is anywhere from 1-5 months, consider yourselves blessed! :)

I filed less than a month later than LADUQUE13 who has an estimated adjudication date in November. The VJ estimate says that my documents will gather dust on a shelf at CSC until some time in the latter part of January. Wonderful!

Not to put a damper on your high hopes, but there are still people from May and June waiting for their NOA2.. My NOA1 is dated June 2nd, has been touched 3 times and I'm still waiting.. I filed in California and have called, was told they (California) are within their 5 month estimated timeline.. If you check the timeline on visajourney, California is now processing June 28th NOA1's and that is updated according to how people in VJ keep up with their timelines.. Relax we are all waiting 5 months and some more.. Good Luck

Bella, Change your Texas Service Center to Vermont Service Center.

Right now Vermont is processing faster that California........

Thanks hun - I did =) I didn't realize that VT was the center since I had to send it to Texas. I guess it pays off to live in New England and put up with the cold hehe
