Hello folks, any of you guys August filers for K1 (I129-F) received NOA2 already? I filed August 18 2010 at Lewisville TX Lockbox and now STILL waiting for the NOA2 approval.

Aug 27th here and still waiting. There are a few lucky ppl that have received the NOA2 (check the 2010 K1 VSC thread), but most of us are waiting impatiently :)

One look

One smile

One touch

One embrace

One kiss

One love

Two people

Two minds

Two souls

Two destinies

One road

One journey

One ending

Together

Are you registered at uscis.gov? Take your EAC number and register...under your status information is showed a 'last updated' date....whenever that date changes, without approval....it is considered a touch...as if someone touched your file. A lot of us got a random 10/3 touch.....

I filed the same date and still waiting. Waiting time is around 93 days for NOA1 to NOA2 so I figure another month for NOA2

I think you need to update your processing center to get that guesstimate. You sent the package to TX, but it was then forwarded to VSC or CSC for processing. Depends on where you live, I don't see you posted where you live, but you can look it up online.
