Hello everybody,

I first want to say thank you to God for giving us an incredible opportunity to be on this site. I have been on this site for a few years on and off, honestly I never knew that an Africa: Sub-Saharan exited. However I found it and read through all the posts and decide that I will introduce myself. After my reading I'm convince that this forum is full of nice people and I truly believe in my heart that those people can make easy for me as I go thru this ordeal. Please allow me to join your fraternity as I work on getting reunited with my family. Even thought I have a lawyer, I trust that I will find valuable information on here to help my case. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you may have to understand my history better.

as your timeline listed above indicates you were deported, i'm moving this thread from Africa: Sub-Saharan regional to Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g) as this seems more appropriate for this topic:

This forum is for discussion on the administrative processes and waivers sometimes required for visa applicants that have been found inadmissible or previously deported, removed or voluntarily departed the US without an order of deportation.

My first response is WOW , the second is you need a lot of help beyond what a online forum can give you. Investing in a very good lawyer is probably your best hope. Immigrate2us.net has great help for problem cases. Marc Ellis ( ellisisland here on VJ ) is also one of the best there is when it comes to denials. Even paying for a consultation may tell you the best path forward.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Thank you to all of you for your answers, I really appreciate them. I will try to answer all your questions.

Charles! thank you, sorry if I posted in the wrong thread, yes I know I will have to file the waivers I-601 and I-212 because I overstay and were deported from the US, I know that's my only legal way back in the US with my family.

Canadian_wife thank you, you are absolutely right, my case goes well beyond the knowledge of a laymen, my family in the US have retain Mr. Whitehill of Fox Rothschild, LLP law firm as my attorney, been through so many attorneys in eleven years of this ordeal that I'm really skeptical, because where I am now because of attorney. I hear and chat with Laurel Scott a few years ago, when my family contacted her after my deportation, she was not accepting new client. I'm also a member of immigrate2us.net, nice people there like here on VJ. I just started the NVC processing, luckyly last year USCIS approve our I-130 after an interview. A visa interview will be giving to me in Cameroon, and I know at that point they will deny me a visa for overstay (Inadmissable) and hopefully they will tell me that I'm eligible for a waiver. My wife will come to go to the interview with me and she will come with the waiver package prepared by my attorney for me to turn it in after the visa denial. Again thank you Canadian_wife.

Vanessa&Tony thank you, yeas I have an attorney.

Krikit thank you, I thought this was the right thread to post this, I will also be using the Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g) thread for information that could help me.

NigeriaorBust thank you, yes my friend WOW. I'm using any help I can get does not matter where it comes from, forums have been very good to me in the sense that I'm learning a lot, meeting and talking to very nice people who helps me through this ordeal specially emotionally. My family as invested already in a lawyer, and hopefully he could get me back to the US with my family. I will try to chat with Marc Ellis and just get his opinion about my situation. Again thank you my friend.

Please do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions or concerns about my case.

Thank you again everybody.

Sincerely,

" For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
