I recently filed for my mother and she's now in the USA and she's a permanent resident. My mother just send two I-130 for both of my sisters who are 23yr and 33yr. My question is that, how long does the processing time takes for this case? How long will it take for us to hear from immigration? The applications was sent our two weeks ago. The country is Liberia, west africa. somebody please help!!!!

Also, my mother doesn't work and she can't work right now or anytime soon...if the case is process quickly, can i give AOS for both of my sisters or my mother would need one(AOS)?

And also, is it possible for me to petition for my little brother? I am an us citizen and my brother is 25yrs. Or is okay for my mother to petition for him also.

if they are single, the petition is over 5 years. your mother will always be the sponsor. if you make enough you can be her joint sponsor or co-sponsor if she lives with you, but remember you have to include your mom because you are her sponsor until she becomes a USC.

if you file for your brother, it will take more than 8 years.

I know you want to bring all your family, but it's a lot of people to sponsor. the more people you file for the more you have to make. you can have up to 2 joint sponsors.

your mom can file for as many unmarried children she has, but then you have to consider the consular processing part and affidavit of support.
