Help Marriage Certificate

I need some advice from anyone who may know how I can Obtain a copy of my Marriage Certificate. I married in 2007 at the Registry in Ikoyi Lagos. I feel calling them is a waste of time. How can I get it?.

someone will have to go and talk to them, you will have to pay a fee and then get a true certified copy... when i lost mine i was glad i still had a copy of the reciept, the reciept had the file no on it and so it was easy to locate it. let your husband or you can go to the registry and get another copy as long as you have all your information you will be fine.

Thanks, I don't have anyone who can talk to them for me. I do not have a receipt and I don't know when next that I will be in Lagos. So how can I obtain it, I dont think uscis where I filed will send me a copy. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
