I don't know what you're reading because you won't, or can't, link to anything that provides substantive evidence to counter the earlier posts. And the original article was from the local news agency's website, hardly a Tea Party blog.

I must apologise for one mistake, though. The total number of new registrations submitted from the August report was 25,000. Only 18,000 were ruled invalid.
