But you hate on the US. Interesting. Does that mean you are insane?

Reading your posts is like seeing a child post. Always along the lines of no you're fat or your momma in equivalence.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

This thread is about high speed internet. Australia's rates rather poorly.

Who is your provider in Boston?

What so funny? That's an export market of 3 billion people, not to mention important divisions for design, for both Ford and GM.

FIOS.

What's the max with them? 35 MBit/s. Try 100Mbit/s in the areas the equivalent network has started to be rolled out in AUS.

Not bad for a country the size of the US, yet a market 14 time smaller. Not to mention, has a massive geographical distance from the rest of the internet world.

Max is 50/20. And it's here now.

####, that is not too shabby at all.

Considering roughly 1.2% of American homes have FIOS, that is not the norm. You think the hundreds of million of Americans who live in the sticks have access to that speed or network? Many don't even have cable..

I'm sure that there are places that only have dial up or slow DSL. I'm sure only a small portion of FIOS users have the 50/20. There really isn't any need for it for most users.
