I'm about to file my removal of condition and i dont know what is the affidavit looks like. I ask some of my friends to make one for me but they want a sample copy of affidavit. can anyone post here the sample of affidavit pls

Look up at the top of the page and click "Example Forms" and then scroll down. You will see a link for an example of an affidavit. You can also search the topics in this forum and you should be able to find more examples.

I don't think there is a requirement to have it notarized but I submitted two affidavits with my wife's I-751 packet and I had them both notarized. I asked each person to have their affidavit notarized and told them that I would reimburse them for the cost of the notary. Fortunately for me they were both able to get their affidavits notarized for free.
