Hi all again,

Well am just about ready for hubby to send the I-130 packet. However, am a little confused on a couple of things.

1. my son will not be joining me so on the form do i still need to include him?(his details and birth certificate)

2. hubbys daughters live with us there so should we include them on it?

3. besides affidavits, pictures, call log are there any other forms we should include as i keep thinking for some reason i am missing something?

4. is it better to request expidite in the packet in form of a letter or call the USCIS?

5. we have been married 3.5yrs so do we still include previous divorce decrees as when i did have permanent residency the USCIS had all of this info then?

I am sure i will have more questions but i just don't want this messed up as i just need to get home to hubby.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thankyou in advance (feeling so blonde right now lol)

Most of your questions can be answered by reading the guides and looking at the example forms.

YES - you need to send your divorce stuff, regardless if you think they already have it - they probably have it linked up with another petition. Make your case easy to approve by not giving them more work to do

If you fit the criteria for an expedite, I'd include it with the packet with your supporting documents and then call to follow up with it after you've received your NOA-1

Good luck
