Question regarding the ROC

I can file for my removal of conditions from November 3, 2010. I even got the reminder letter.

I have everything ready, but I am having a C-section on November 6.

Do you think I should wait until I get baby's Birth Certificate or go ahead and send the application?

The reason I am hesitating is because of so close dates. I want to file later for citizenship too and I need to list my kids there as well. If I don't mention 1 kid in this petition will there be an issue?

Please, advise if I should wait until the end of November or not

Yes you should wait in order to avoid conflict with the biometrics appointment. When exactly you get your 10-year Green Card has nothing to do with the citizenship, so you can take it easy. Also, women frequently die giving birth, so in case that happens to you it would save you money.
