Getting ready to fild for i 130

Timeline

My husband and i are getting ready to file the i 130 and just want to verify some information...

So far we have the Enotice

the i 130

the 325a for both of us including a passport photo in plastic bag attached on back...(EXACTLY WHAT DO WE WRITE ON BACK OF PIC? IF ANYTHING?)

the urdu copy of nikah nama

the english tranlsation of nikah nama

the 3 affadavits of bona fide marriage

copy of bank statments showing our names on both accounts

copy of divorce decree

copy of my birth certificate

copy of his birth certificate

copy of his NIC card

copy of his passport

and payment for the application fee

Are we forgetting anything???

Just needed some support and confidence...Just need my husband here soon :(

07/25/2011 CO called did phone interview result: PENDING MANDATORY AP/CO told us they have to do namechecks

03/07/2013 Case returned to USCIS waiting for NOIR/reaffirmation

04/18/2013 USCIS received case for review

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte

As you can see from the link loto provided beneficiary's birth certificate is not required at this stage (but you will need it later for NVC) and the petitioner needs to provide proof of citizenship with either a birth certificate OR a copy of all pages of the US Citizen's passport.

On the back of our photos I (lightly) wrote our names and date of birth.
