Does anybody know how long does it take for an LPR mom to petition

a child under age 21 in the Philippines.

He is 18yrs old.

When you become a U.S. citizen, file an I-130 petition for him. He can get an IR2 visa, which is a permanent resident visa for unmarried children of US citizens who are less than 21 years old: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1306.html

He is my brother. My Mom is petitioning for him as an LPR.

The timeline is different when the petitioner is an LPR petitioning their child under 21.

Visa category is different when the petitioner is an LPR petitioning their child under 21...that's F2B, I believe. http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1306.html

In the future you may want to phrase your questions to be more specific so you have a better chance of getting the answers you are looking for...I thought it was you talking about petitioning a child under 21, not your mother...I based my answer on your displayed timeline.

I think my question was very clear. (LPR mom and not USCitizen petitioning a child under 21), but thank you for pointing that out
