Yes, I believe you may.

However, if your plans are still the same as stated in one of your previous posts AND you get the C1/D approved I strongly advice you to follow the terms of your visa. That would allow you to enter US for a very short period of time and it's one of the visas that doesn't allow you to adjust status in US, not even based on marriage to a USC.

My N-400 Journey

06-02-2017 - N-400 package mailed to Dallas Lockbox

06-06-2017 - Credit card charged; received text and email confirming that application was received and NOA is on its way

06-10-2017 - Received NOA letter from NBC dated 06-05-2017

06-16-2017 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter for 06-28-2017

01-19-2018 - Interview Letter sent

02-27-18 - Interview and Oath Ceremony. Finally US CITIZEN!

Thanx...the thing is that I will need the C1/D visa for actual work on cruise ships, not to get married..we will do that on a later date, the reason I was interested if I can get it here in London was that I really wouldn't like to fly back home to my capital city to get that visa...would be a drag!...and I couldnt find any useful answer on the London US embassy website about it...
