Just wondering if it is unusual, good bad or indifferent with how frequent;y my case is touched. I filed in late August, and since it was received it was being touched every week or couple days, I wasn't keeping track at that point, but I'd say its been touched at least 5-6 times in the month between then and the last time it was touched, sept. 22.. getting a bit discouraged because it hasn't moved for a month now.

You only filed a month ago...lots of petitions get touched a lot in the beginning and then it generally dies out. (look at my timeline in my signature).

It's impossible to really predict or assume what touches mean specifically for your case as they're very inconsistent from case to case. Some people get touched a lot, others never do. So just rest assured they're working on your case, but that's all anyone can really tell you.

then again some cases rarely ever get touched.. my file was touched only once since i filed.. and that was 3 days after my noa1 date... then absolutely nothing :(

Yeah, I guess it is a good sign to at least know it is moving. I'm 2 months in, so hopefully I see some more activity soon
