Hi I have few questions

I applied for a tourist visa in tijuana mexico and it was denied on august 2010, I am engage to a united states citizen! can I apply for a K1 visa after being denied a tourist visa? Thank you very much.

You can apply after waiting six months. My husband was denied that visa and we applied for K1 after that and he is here now with permanent resident papers. Just wait, apply and have lots of proof of relationship!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
