I am US Citizen. My husband came From Serbia on a K1 Visa May 7 2009 after recieving Visa Jan 20 of that year. His son was originally named on all the paperwork but due to problems with mother he did not join for process interview. Therefore we did not receive K3 for him. Now we want badly to figure out how we can bring him to USA. Is it possible that there is some process for him to visit or is immigration only way- and if so HOW do we get started.

How old is the son? I think he would be able to get a visa if the mother gives consent unless you guys want him to come live here permanently.
