Random Question - We will be sending our K1 packet in a few days, I'm curious to know when the DS 230 form can be submitted? based on what I've read this allow the petitioner to receive their social security number prior to arrival. I haven't been able to find specifics. Thanks!

Nov 10 2010 Touch and Hard Copy of NOA1 received

For K1 beneficiaries they go to apply for the SS number after entering the US.

your fiance(e) has to send the DS-230 form Part I to the embassy (pckt 3), this is when the NVC sends your case to the consulate.

We can all make a difference. Please recycle
