Is there anyway to get ahold of Consulate in Montreal

Hi All,

My packet 4 was mailed to me 6 weeks ago (according to DOS) and I still have not received it; I have emailed, I have called the Calgary Consulate. Can anyone tell me another way to try and get a copy by email?

Please!!

:time:

Packet 4 is the interview letter correct? Did DoS tell you your interview date? If so you might end up going to the interview without the letter and explain that you never received it by mail. Montreal is hella hard to get ahold of

More like next to impossible. I wish you all the luck in getting a hold of them.

Hey they responded to me 3+ months after my original email and after I had already gotten my visa and entered the US. :) lol

Hi Kevbev,

Actually they don't send you an interview date anymore, just a letter telling you that you are eligible for an interview and you go online and set-up your own interview. The unfortunate thing is that you require the letter for your medical and for the interview.

For what it's worth, canok, I don't think they actually needed the P4 at the medical. They used to, but I told the girl the P4 no longer has the interview date on it, and she said just bring something with your case number on it (like P3 letter). All I needed at the consulate was my printout of my self-scheduled interview. Nobody looked at the (new) P4 letter. :) I think you might be ok, you should maybe call wherever you're doing the medical to double check.

Thanks Birdnerd!!

I will try calling them on Monday, if this is works it will be great  . This whole thing has been keeping me awake at night, trying to think of other ways to get in touch with them.

Are you packed and ready to go?
