K1 re-filed with IMBRA waiver

hello! we sent our packet just this week with IMBRA letter request. i just have a question, coz it confused me... our previous case was totally closed said by the USCIS, and we can file again application with new fees and our evidences.

do we really need to enclose that letter for the filing limitation even the case was totally closed? :unsure::blush:

and how we will know that the waiver was granted? is in written on the noa1..? :unsure:

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

To the OP - you may not be getting responses to this because your post is less than clear. Was your previous case closed because of an IMBRA problem, or because there was no waiver, or some other reason?

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

If you really want it, you'll find a way!
