UPDATE: - Despite receiving RFE for the traffic case @ the interview my attorney and I received letter stating I-130 has been approved. Not sure what this means for the final word. Waiting....

10/26/2010 - All applications been worked on aka touched

10/28/2010 - NOA1 Receipts for applications received

11/24/2010 - Received appointment for biometrics in the mail for 12/17 *yay*

12/17/2010 - 9.25 a.m. - 9.45 a.m. Biometrics done !!

12/23/2010 - EAD Approved and Card on its way - Email notification received *yay*

01/03/2011 - WOOOHOOO ...EAD Card in Hand!

01/04/2011 - Oh boy....Received Interview Letter today - February 3rd is the day! :)

02/03/2011 - Interview scheduled 12:45 p.m. - out of there before 1:30 p.m. - further review

Coming home, checking for touches at 5:30 p.m. - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED !!!!

I surely hope that it's just a question of a few more days for them to approve the 485 as well.. I mean c'mon, once they see that it was not some extreme moving violation, traffic accident at your fault etc. rather you got it dismissed..... crossing my fingers !! :) .... p.s. am still puzzled, too why they brought it up for an RFE

Received my AP on Saturday. 2 original copies. Wish they had arrived before Xmas so I could have crossed over to Mexico.

I don't seem to get any email alerts ahead of time. My letters simply arrive.

2011/Mar/29 -- DAY 154 - Scheduled Infopass appointment for Friday 4/1

2011/April/1 - DAY 157 - Infopass App in Irving, TX - was told that a decision has not yet been made about my case

2011/April/14 - DAY 170 - 30 days since my interview: Called USCIS - was told wait a 30 more days.

2011/April/25 - DAY 181 - Green Card arrived.

2009- Marriage to USC and Medical exam completed

10/16/2010- AOS Package Sent to Lockbox (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131) DAY 0--Let the waiting begin!!

10/18/2010- AOS Package delivered to Lockbox at 11:15 am DAY 2

10/22/2010- Return receipt confirmation from USPS DAY 6

10/25/2010- Received e-mail and text message confirmation of receipt and transfer to National Benefits Center DAY 9

10/27/2010- Received 4 hard copy NOAs (I-797C) for various petitions via USPS. Recieved date: 10/18. Notice date: 10/25. DAY 11

11/12/2010- Called USCIS to ask why I hadn't been sent biometrics notice yet. Totally unhelpful customer service rep told me to keep waiting. DAY 27

12/13/10- Received biometrics appointment notice, dated 12/3/10. Appointment date 12/27 (who schedules an appointment like that so close to Christmas?!?!) DAY 58

12/14/10- Successful biometrics walk in! DAY 59

12/21/10- E-mail notice that EAD and AP are approved! DAY 66

1/1/11- EAD and AP paperwork in hand DAY 77

1/11/11- Interview letter arrived in today's mail! Scheduled for February. DAY 87

2/14/11- Interview Day: Approved! DAY 121

2/22/11- Welcome to the United States letter in mail. DAY 128

Next step: Removal of Conditions in 2012

EAD card in the mail. But this is weird: the picture on the card is not the same I sent in with my application. It's me, thank goodness, but I have no idea when that picture was taken and were they got it from.

EAD card arrived! Very happy! I look like an idiot in the photo of course but oh well!

Now to try and get a job. Hard to do these days.

No news on Interview yet we are waiting waiting , should be soon !?!?!?

I've read there are some transfers from USCICS to Service Centers , How do I know if my case was transfered? should it be transfered , ???

EAD and AP in Xmas time , SSA done , Driver license appt on 01/31/11 cant wait for interview
