Hello friends,

As some of you might be aware, we have already enjoyed a number of VJ gatherings in North Carolina over the past 18 months. It's now high time, I feel, that we had another one so that old friends can meet up again and so that newly arrived VJ members in NC can have the opportunity to meet other VJers.

To these ends, I have recently spoken with several NC VJers with whom I have contact and I already have firm "yes" answers from 6 people....plus 2 recently arrived babies (they are so clever, already!! ;))

The proposed venue is the Brasa Brazilian Restaurant/Steakhouse, 8551 Brier Creek Parkway, Brier Creek Commons, Raleigh, at 12.30pm on Saturday, 16th September. They have a really good 'all you can eat' buffet for only $10 pp and if you have an even bigger appetite, you can have all kinds of extra meats (served from long skewers) for an additional $8.

Could any interested parties please signify (by posting here or PMing me) your wish to come along?

July 29, 2006: SSN received.

September 05, 2006: 2 year Permanent Resident card received.

April 09, 2008: Mailed I-751 to TSC.

April 15, 2008: Check cashed.

April 16, 2008: Case transferred to VSC.

April 23, 2008: Biometrics appointment letter received.

May 10, 2008: Biometrics appointment.

June 28, 2008: Moved to Clearwater, FL (Filed AR-11 and I-865).

March 04,2009: 10 year Permanent Resident card production ordered.

March 13,2009: 10 year Permanent Resident card received.

N-400

April 24, 2009: Mailed N-400 to TX Lockbox.

April 30, 2009: NOA1 Notice date.

May 11, 2009: Biometrics appointment letter received.
