Biometrics Dresscode?

I can't find any topics on this matter so im guessing it doesn't really matter, anyway i have my biometrics appoint on Monday and im just wondering if i have to dress smartly or not? I mean im not going to go in my ripped jeans an my soccer shirt...sneakers, jeans and a hoodie be acceptable?

Everyday clothing should be acceptable !

Jeans n T-shirt would be fine. They take your photo so I think you would need possibly a dark shirt. You need a dark shirt for passport photo but as for the Biometrics photo, not too sure...I don't think it matters but wouldn't hurt.

Yeah it doesn't mention anything on the appt letter...

Ill just make sure i shave and put on a clean t shirt :P

I was always advised that if it is a meeting of offical capacity to dress the part. Maybe not a suit but collared shirt and jeans or khaki pants. Hope this is of assistance!

whatever you wear, be aware that the pic they take there will be on your EAD and your GC so wear a collar that isn't too distracting, or crooked or something. Just think "I need to look good from the chest up" :)

Shaving is good! They check your hands too...just to see if there are any open sores, bandages, etc...you give them your letter, fill a quick form, take a number, sit down, wait, they call your number, electronic finger printing done, photo taken...thats it.
