Hello everybody

I need some help with the K1.

I'm French and my future husband is American, he proposed early this year :) but the problem is that he is in the army and now he is deployed in Afghanistan, he is coming back on february in America.

I would like to know if he can start filling the papers for the visa K1 while abroad, in afghanistan? or if it would be better for us to wait until he comes back in America and start al the paper stuff?

I know the process for the K1 s lonnnnnnng that's why I wanted to start as soon as possible.

thanks for your help.
