I Just wanna make sure i sent my N-400 application to USCIS on the right time.

Now i got my 10 Years Green Card On 12/27/2007

and i sent my application for Naturalization on 01/10/2010 but it was noticed on 04/10/2010 Now am i ok with the minus 90 days rules???

oh by the way, i am applying on the base of marriage.

USCIS uses the mm/dd/yyyy format, yours looks like the dd/mm/yyyy format, but assuming that is what you typed, you are under 90 days, and you did get the notice it was received? Now is the time to study and know why you filled out the N-400 the way you did.

When were you made a RESIDENT of the US? I assume that's the 10 year date you were mentioning of 27th December 2007

I assume you sent the application on 1st October 2010 and you received the NOA1 dated 4th October 2010.

I say assumed because one set of dates appears to be in dd/mm/yyyy and the other in mm/dd/yyyy.

If my assumptions are correct then you are eligible for USC on 27th December 2010 (as you are still married to your petitioning USC and after three years of marriage to said USC whilst being an LPR). You are eligible to APPLY for USC, any time starting at the 90 days before your 3 year mark. Ninety days before the 3 year mark is 28 September 2010. As the 4th October is AFTER the 28th September 2010 then you are in the 90 days prior to your 3 years of LPR (and marriage) and therefore perfectly eligible to apply for USC.

This is all assuming you have never spent more than 6 months outside of the US during your years as an LPR.

If Dec 27th, 2007 is when you became a resident, then the earliest you were able to apply for naturalization is Dec 27th 2010 minus 90 days is Sept 28, 2010 so you should be fine.

Hi, Yes. It says on my 10 Years green card Resident since 12/27/07 So am i ok? And I spent 80 Days outside of the country and all in 1 Trip.

Ops Added, And yes i made a lil mistakes with the mm/dd/yy it's not

01/10/2010 04/10/2010 as i said, but 10/01/2010 and 10/04/2010
