Hi,

I am located in Tampa and I filed for I-129F last week ie (10/14/2010). My lawyer mailed it. So i am assuming that they mailed it

to Dallas Lock Box.

I am trying to find how the processing times are for Dallas office/Dallas Lock box.

How the timings are changed after moving to the new single Dallas Lock Box.

When I check the processing times on this web site, I am seeing the processing timesf ro CSC and VSC and there is no

reference about the new Dallas Lock Box.

Which processing times(i mean which service center ..) I have to check if i filed my I-129F last week.

Thanks in advance. I am waiting for my case number etc.

Hey!

Texas really only processes your payment and your actual case will be forwarded to CSC or VSC to be adjudicated. Your NOA1 is likely on its way as we speak and it will tell you where your package was forwarded to, your case number, etc. :)

Things may have changed since they started the Dallas Lockbox process. According to the form I used a few months ago, your information would be sent to Vermont (VSC). However, when your check is cashed.. you'll get a receipt number and can log into the USCIS website for updates. My check was cashed in Texas, but then my app was forwarded to CSC (California).

Hope this helps!
